What is the difference between Crystal and Crystal AB?

Swarovski offers a wide range of colors and special coatings. Special coatings are bonded chemically to the outer surface of the Swarovski crystals for a more brilliant effect. The special effect and special coating of the beads are permanent.
The Crystal color is crystal clear and reflects a clear white light.
Crystal Aurora Borealis, better known as "AB", is one of the more popular Swarovski crystal coatings that gives off a rainbow-like effect.
Both crystals are very bright and reflect in dim light.

How do I order an item, and how do I pay for my order?

If you are not already a member of PayPal™ please complete their quick and easy - FREE - registration. Members simply log into your account.

Please note once you have checked out further items cannot be added to your transaction.

A tracking number was included in the e-mail sent to you when your order shipped. Please visit www.usps.com to check on your package status.

Can I place a large order?

So you're thinking big this time. An event to remember!
I am able to handle an order of any size. Feel free to order in quantity while still keeping in mind the normal ship time that most orders require.

How will my order be delivered and when will I receive my order?

Every Genevieve Marie™ item is handmade and will ship on average in 5 - 14 business days once your payment is received.

All orders require an adult signature for delivery.
Please note that the post office will not deliver your item without a signature and will instead leave a notice of attempted delivery.
Genevieve Marie is NOT responsible for items that are unclaimed and are returned to sender.

RUSH OVERNIGHT DELIVERY IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.
All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail with normal shipping times.

All domestic orders (within the continental U.S.) are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. The average delivery time for Priority Mail is 2-3 days to the Continental United States. Please inquire about shipping charges outside of the continental United States.

Shipping and handling charges reflect delivery charges as well as the secure packing of each item.

How much is shipping?

Domestic shipping/tracking/handling charges are $7.50 for orders up to $100. Domestic orders over $100 ship for $12.00 and are also insured.

When you order ships, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment along with a tracking number to check its progress.

Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Can you ship to an international address?

Unfortunately, Genevieve Marie has become a victim of fraudulent charges placed internationally. We are no longer shipping internationally until further notice.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Please note that prompt shipping is our priority.

What is your return policy?

Your Genevieve Marie™ purchase is guaranteed to arrive perfect in every way. However, due to the nature of the product, returns will only be accepted on a case by case basis.

Please contact Genevieve Marie™ immediately if there is a problem.

Generally, an exchange is the most appropriate route.
Please note that Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and an item return that is received damaged will not be refunded.
